At the start of your workday, a new email is ready for you with which new files have been uploaded in your project and which quality tasks have been completed. By clicking on the link, you will be taken directly to the correct overview in Prostream and you will be informed of the latest developments in your project in one go. How convenient.

The benefits of notifications

Only what’s relevant for you

By searching on results that are relevant for you, you don’t get any notifications about tasks that aren’t important for you.

A ping when you want

You can set how many times you want to receive a notification. Is once a week enough, or do you prefer twice a day? It’s completely up to you.

Notify others with an @

You don’t only set notifications for yourself, but can also ensure that someone else gets a notification by tagging them.

Set up for others

Everybody knows exactly what to do and when they have to do it. This ensures more transparency and responsibility in your project.

Only what’s relevant for you

You are in control. By setting filters in the document or quality overview on, for example, file name or newly completed tasks, you will only receive notifications of these.

A ping when you want

You set how often you want to receive an overview with updates. That could be an email on Monday morning, or do you start each workday with an overview and would you prefer to receive an update during lunch with what happened that morning? It’s all possible.

Notify others with an @

Comments allow you to quickly ask a question about a task or a file. By tagging someone with an @, they will receive an email or app notification. This way, they are quickly informed, they respond to your request faster and you can continue.

Set up for others

As a project manager, you want to make sure that not only you, but also others are regularly informed about the developments in a project. That is why you as a project manager can also set notifications for others in a project.
