What exactly is the collection folder?
In Prostream, a folder has been added where you can temporarily store documents. Regardless of document type or other metadata, you can add files from different folders, or directly from your search results, to this. The files also remain in their original location.
From the collection folder, you can then add various actions at once. Think of viewing, sharing or viewing 3D models together in the BIM viewer.
The documents remain in the collection folder until you delete them.
How does the collection folder work?
Select the files you want to use in the collection folder and click ‘Add to collection’ at the top.
