What is Tasks and workflows?
If you open a project in Prostream, you will end up in the workflow of that project. Here you will find:
* Your tasks within the project: all tasks that are assigned to you or that you have created yourself.
* Quality control results
* Documents
* Configurations
In short: your workflow is a complete overview of everything that has to do with the project in question.
How does Tasks and workflows work?
In ‘My overview’ you will also find your tasks, in addition to your projects. Click on tasks and you will see an overview of all your tasks! For each task, it says within which project it was created. By clicking on a task, you will see the details of that task. If you click on the dots to the right of the taskbar, you can edit or delete the task.
What are the benefits of Tasks and workflows?
Your workflow provides a clear overview of everything that has to do with the project in question. This way you immediately know what is going on and where you stand.

BIM viewer
In Prostream it is possible to convert IFC.files into 3D in order to view, edit and check them in the BIM viewer.
Annotations
With annotations you are able to easily adjust documents in Prostream. You are able to add notes and comments as well as attachments, stamps and images.
Automatic version control
Always work with the latest version of a document due to the version numbers automatically updating themselves. You can only view historical versions if you take action, so you always work with the most recent document.
Share files
In Prostream, you can easily share your files with project members, but also with non-Prostream users.
