A form is a questionnaire or checklist, with or without a place on a support (e.g. a floor plan or photo).
By using reusable fields, you quickly build a library of common components. That way, you quickly build forms and collect the answers you need.
With snags, you know exactly where the areas of concern are
With a snag, you indicate an observation in a certain place. You can link the snag to a task, so the right person can look at it and fix the problem. You can also link snags to a question in a form.
Visualising areas of concern using foundations
Snags are placed on a surface, those surfaces are called foundations. That way, you immediately know where an area of concern is located in the building. You can also place forms on a foundation.
Foundations can be floor plans, drawings, sections or photos on which you then place snags. You upload foundations directly to Prostream Quality, or you select them from Prostream Docs.
